A lot of work goes into finding local suppliers and small-scale producers. All the drinks and the food we offer are based only on Swedish raw materials, with the exception of Champagne. When we choose raw materials, we don't just choose where we buy them from but also how we transport them to us. Spirits and wine come from Swedish vineyards and distilleries that we experience deliver the desired quality. We visit others places outside the country's borders, we choose to go by train to reduce our footprint on the environment. In our premises, we have chosen furniture and interior design from Sweden and have decorated the surface with art from local talent. If our guests want to buy an art object, that's also fine, all because benefit the entrepreneurial spirit that exists in our local area. It is important to us that those who work for us understand our sustainability perspective and are along on the train.
